There are 67 guided workout sessions per week with a wide variety of levels and choices, including stationary cycling, Pilates, osteoporosis prevention, yoga, belly dancing, folk dancing, Salsa, aerobics, Feldenkrais, step work, body sculpting, and more. The swimming pool has reserved hours for aquatic exercise classes.
Entrance to the pool is free to members and hotel guests. Entrance to the fitness room and participation in classes are free to members; hotel guests are charged a nominal fee.

Group Cycling Classes
The indoor cycling class is a great way to exercise with high-energy background music. The sport is excellent for cardiovascular fitness in general, as well as for calorie burning. Strength, endurance and overall fitness can be achieved with regular sessions on the indoor cycle.
Every year an outdoor Marathon Cycling event is held at the swimming pool.
