There are 67 guided workout sessions per week with a wide variety of levels and choices, including stationary cycling, Pilates, osteoporosis prevention, yoga, belly dancing, folk dancing, Salsa, aerobics, Feldenkrais, step work, body sculpting, and more. The swimming pool has reserved hours for aquatic exercise classes.
Entrance to the pool is free to members and hotel guests. Entrance to the fitness room and participation in classes are free to members; hotel guests are charged a nominal fee.
